Swimcoach (M/F) Curacao

Are you ready to experience something different? Sithoc Swim Club on the sunny island of Curacao, is looking for a dynamic and motivated swim coach who is willing to expand the borders in all the aspects!
With 24 championship titles in 27 years, Sithoc Swim Club is the topteam  in Curacao and a strong and reknown competitor in the Caribbean and Central American swimming.

We are looking for a coach for our competitive department with the following qualifications:

• Minimun level II status or equivalent
• Has experience as a clubcoach with swimmers  from 11 years and older (agegroup swimming and higher)
• Willing to work with our subtop and top swimmers to qualify for the local and regional championships, with
  some to qualify for the Olympics of 2012.
• Be able to establish and execute a longterm plan
• Be able to creatively bring the level of the swimmers, the club and assistant coaches to a higher plan.
• Relate with the swimmers, parents, assistant coaches and boardmembers in a professional and
  enthousiastic manner
• Can start on short notice

We offer:       

• A part-time or full-time coaching position for approximately 20 hours per week on average including
  coaching at meets and dryland/strength training
• Compensation depending on level and experience
